We are over in Araria, specifically at number 1, Hanumant Nagar. If you know where the HDFC Bank is near ADB Chowk, then you are basically there. Doorstep Resolution Private Limited started because we thought people needed help with things right at their homes. Our office is a small place on the ground floor. It’s nothing fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Araria is a busy place, and being near the chowk means there is always noise and people moving around. We don't mind it much. We have a small team that handles various service requests. We aren't a big corporate entity with a bunch of rules. We just talk to people and see how we can help them out. Sometimes we are out on calls all day, so the office might be empty for a bit. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people don't get lost. It gets dusty in the dry season, so we are always cleaning off the desks. We don't have a polished pitch or a marketing strategy. We just do the work that comes in and try to be fair about it. It’s a simple operation run by local people who know the area well. We like the independence of running our own small business here. Most evenings we sit outside for a few minutes before heading home to catch up on the local news and the weather.
