The building has several floors and lots of windows that we keep open to let the air in. Inside, you’ll find the usual setup with rows of benches and teachers trying to keep everyone focused on their books. It’s not a quiet job, that’s for sure. There is always someone knocking on the office door or a bell ringing somewhere in the distance. We have a routine that we follow every single day. It starts with the gates opening early and ends with the last staff member leaving in the late afternoon. Shahdol has its own pace, and we just fit into that. We don't have any big corporate offices or anything, just the school grounds and the rooms where the students spend their hours. Most of our staff have been working here for years, so we all know each other pretty well. It’s just a normal place where we try to get through the curriculum and make sure the building stays in one piece. We focus on the basics and keep things moving along.
