Sigma Polymers Engineering Co is located at Plot No 4605 in the GIDC area of Ankleshwar. If you know Gujarat, you know Ankleshwar is where a lot of the heavy lifting happens. We’ve got the Vadodara connection too, but this plot is where our main setup is. Working with polymers isn't always clean work. There’s dust and the smell of melting plastic, but that’s the job. The factory floor is where most of the action is. We have a few older machines that we’ve maintained well over the years, and they still do the job better than some of the newer stuff. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate to our unit, especially when it’s 40 degrees outside. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s mostly just the guys on the floor and a couple of us in the small office area. We handle a lot of different orders, some small and some quite big, and we just try to get them out on time. The power cuts used to be a problem, but things are a bit more stable now. We don't have a website with flashy photos or anything like that. People usually just call us or drop by the plot if they want to talk about a project. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, run the machines, pack the goods, and go home to our families. It is what it is, just hard work.
