Our spot in the Old Colony is a bit more settled than the newer industrial zones. The buildings here have been around for a long time, and you can tell by the architecture. We are right in the middle of all the factories and chemical plants, so there is always a bit of that industrial smell in the air and the sound of trucks passing by. The institute isn't a massive glass building; it's more of a practical place where people come to learn the ropes of technology. We have classrooms and labs that are built for work, not for show.
