Fosroc Chemicals (India) Limited is out in the G.I.D.C. Estate in Ankleshwar. We are at plot number 6204. If you have ever been to the industrial part of Gujarat, you know Ankleshwar is a massive hub for chemicals. Our place is right in the thick of it. We have a post box number too, P.B. No. 208, because the mail system in the industrial estate can be a bit slow. The area is filled with factories, big pipes, and trucks moving in and out at all hours. It’s not a place for a fancy office. It’s a place for production and hard work. We deal with construction chemicals, the kind of things that go into big buildings and roads to make them stronger. The air around here always has that industrial smell to it. Inside the gate, we have our setup where we handle the orders and the mixing. It’s a big site. We have a lot of people working in different sections. It can get very loud when the machinery is going full tilt. We don't spend much time on decorations. We spend our time checking the batches and making sure the trucks are loaded correctly. It’s a tough environment but it’s where the real work happens. We've been a part of this industrial estate for many years and we’ve seen it grow quite a lot. It’s just how things are done here in the GIDC.
