Even though the name says Canada, we are actually right here in Ankleshwar at Flat No B 11. Ankleshwar is a busy industrial town, and things can get pretty dusty and loud around here with all the factories and trucks moving about all day long. We’ve set up our office in a flat, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold office building. Ecoh Management Inc Canada deals with a lot of different management stuff. It’s a bit confusing with the name, but that’s just how it ended up being registered when we started. We spend our days mostly handling logistics and making sure things are moving the way they should. It’s a lot of coordination between different people. Sometimes we are waiting on a phone call that never comes, or a delivery is late, and we have to figure out a backup plan on the fly. It can be stressful, but we’ve gotten pretty good at staying calm when things go wrong. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us working together in this small space. We know the 393 002 area well since we've been here so long. We know where the best lunch spots are and which roads to avoid during the factory shift changes when traffic is at its worst. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just provide a service and try to keep things moving. It’s a living.
