Our facility is located at Plot No.4104 in the GIDC Estate. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. It is a very practical environment. There aren't many shops or restaurants right next to us, just rows of industrial plots and wide roads for the trucks. Our building is a solid structure designed for work, not for looks. Inside, the main area is taken up by the machines and the production line. It can get quite loud when everything is running at once, so we usually have to raise our voices to be heard. We have a small corner partitioned off for the office work and where the files are kept. The floor is concrete and there is always a bit of a metallic smell in the air. We’ve been operating out of this GIDC plot for quite a long time. The rhythm of the day follows the shifts we run. Most of the people working here live in the nearby towns and commute in every morning. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting area because most people who come here are either delivering supplies or picking up finished forms. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on keeping the machines going and hitting our numbers for the day. It’s hard work, but we like it here.
