Jmd Oils is located at Survey No. 320 in Village Bhimasar. We are right across from the Bhimasar Railway Station, so we hear the trains coming and going all day long. It is a dry and dusty part of Anjar-Kachchh, but we like it here. Our work is with oils, and it can be a bit messy. The warehouse has that heavy smell of seeds and pressing. We have these large tanks and a lot of barrels stacked up. It’s not a polished corporate environment. The walls are stained and the equipment is old but it works just fine. We start our shift before the sun gets too high because it gets really warm in the afternoon. My family has been doing this for years, and most of the workers have been with us for a decade or more. We don't do much in terms of marketing. Most people in the village and the surrounding areas just know where we are. We handle everything from the raw materials to the final filtering. Sometimes the power goes out and everything stops for an hour, but we just sit in the shade and wait. It is a slow and steady way of life. We aren't trying to grow into a huge company. We just want to produce good oil and keep the business running for the next generation. That is what we do every day at Bhimasar and for the people who depend on us.
