It’s not a big space, but it’s enough for our small team to sit down and work through the engineering details we need to handle. We don't have a big sign outside, just enough for people to know they’re in the right place. The Siva Mandir is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don't do any flashy advertising or anything. Most of our work comes from being right here where the action is. The weather in Keonjhar can be tough, either very hot or very rainy, so we appreciate having a solid roof over our heads. We mostly deal with the technical side of the local operations. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on our cell phones since the landlines can be a bit shaky out here. It’s a simple setup for a hard-working town.
