Kashmir Public School

If you head down to the Housing Colony in Bijbehara, you’ll find Kashmir Public School. We are right there in the 192101 zip code area of Anantnag. It is a local place where the neighborhood kids walk to school every morning. The winters get cold up here, so we spend a lot of time making sure the rooms stay warm enough for everyone to sit and study. It isn't a massive campus, but it fits what we need for the classes. We've got teachers who have lived in Anantnag their whole lives. They know the families and they know how things work in this part of the valley. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get a bit messy, but the school stays open as much as it can. We don't spend money on big advertisements. People usually find out about us because they live just down the street. We follow the regular curriculum and try to keep things organized.
