Our office is in the MKM Complex, right across from Madhuri Hospital. We’re near Sangameshwara Circle, so it’s pretty easy to find if you’re in the area. Vagadeesha Infratech Private Limited is the name on the door. We handle various infrastructure and technical projects around here. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always noise and people moving about, which keeps things interesting. We’ve been at D.No. 28/630 for a while now. The work we do involves a lot of planning and making sure the construction crews have what they need to stay on track. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes a machine breaks down or a delivery is late by a few days. We just deal with it as it comes and try to stay on schedule. We aren't a corporate giant, just a group of people who know the local building scene. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to workers on the ground. The office is functional, mostly just desks and a lot of files and folders. We don’t have any polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we’ve done before. It’s practical work for practical needs. We’re usually there during the day, unless we’re out at a site checking progress. It’s a decent living.
