We are based in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, specifically at 1st Cross in Maruthi Nagar. Our office is at House Number 6-3-939. It’s a decent-sized place where we plan out our development projects. Being in the 515001 area puts us right in the heart of things. We aren't those big-city developers with shiny glass towers. We are just local folks working on buildings and land here in our own community. The office is usually cluttered with maps and blueprints and maybe a few coffee cups left over from a long meeting. Maruthi Nagar is a friendly area, and we like the neighbors. We spend a lot of time walking through sites or sitting at the big table talking through ideas. We don't use a lot of corporate talk. We just want to make sure the buildings are solid and the projects make sense for the area. Sometimes things get a bit stressful when deadlines are close, but we usually just put our heads down and work through it. It’s a regular job for us. We’ve been in this house for a while, and it feels more like a home than an office most of the time. The sun gets pretty hot here in Andhra Pradesh, so we do most of our site visits early. When we get back, we sit under the fan and go over the numbers. It’s a steady way to make a living and we know our way around the local regulations and the neighborhood paths.
