SVATAS CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

SVATAS Construction is located in Dharmavaram, which is down in the Anantapur district. We have our office on the first floor in Durganagar, specifically at 27/872. It’s a simple setup because we spend most of our time out where the actual building is happening. Dharmavaram is known for its heat and its hard-working people, and we try to match that energy every day. Being an OPC (One Person Company) means there is a lot of personal responsibility involved in every project we take on. I handle a lot of the oversight myself, making sure the laborers have what they need and that the materials arrive at the site in Durganagar or wherever the job is. It isn't a glamorous life, dealing with dust and the logistics of construction in this part of Andhra Pradesh. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of salespeople. Most of our work comes from just being present in the community and doing what we said we would do. The office is a place to escape the sun for a bit and get the accounts in order. We face the same challenges as any other small builder, like finding good help and managing the rising costs of steel. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It’s honest work, and we are glad to be doing it here in Anantapur.
