Supervisor

We are located in the Horeb Compound in Gooty. It's a small place and most people around here know where it is. Being a supervisor in a spot like this means doing a little bit of everything. It's not a big company with hundreds of employees. It's more about watching over the daily tasks and making sure things get done in the compound. The office is just a simple room with a fan and a desk. We spend a lot of time outside though, seeing what's happening on the ground and talking to the workers. Gooty is a quiet town for the most part, but there's always something to fix or someone who needs help with a project. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of what we do comes from people just knowing who we are and coming to the compound to talk. It’s a very hands-on job. Sometimes the heat is a bit much, so we start early in the morning and take a break when the sun is high. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it's maintenance or just keeping things organized. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way of working, but it works for us. There isn't any corporate jargon here. If there is a problem, we find a way to patch it up and keep moving forward. It is just steady, daily work in a small town atmosphere that we have known for years.
