Our business, Sri Balaha Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., is located at 3-2-145 on Kirikera Road in Hindupur. It is a straightforward chemical operation and we do not try to act like it is something more glamorous than that. The facility is designed for practical work rather than for looking good to visitors. We spend our days managing the inventory and making sure all the containers are stored in the right spots. Hindupur gets quite hot during the middle of the year, so we are usually glad for the shade inside our warehouse. The staff working here are mostly local people from the town, so we all know each other’s families. We do not have any big corporate slogans on the walls or mission statements in frames. It is mostly about checking the drums and making sure the delivery trucks get out on time. Kirikera Road is a good spot for us because the trucks do not have much trouble getting in or out. Sometimes the work feels a little bit the same every day, but it is what we know how to do. We have our little routines, like the morning tea break and the afternoon inventory check. We do not pretend to be some giant global firm. We are just a private company doing our bit in this part of Andhra Pradesh. People who live around here know where we are. We just work hard and stay quiet.
