Our place is on Plot No. 65 in Yogendranagar, which is right by Anant Nagar. If you know the area near Market Road, we aren't hard to find. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main road traffic. We’ve been operating Snug Tech Services out of this building for a bit now. Usually, the mornings start with checking the logs and seeing what came in overnight. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people; it’s just a few of us here making sure the tech side of things stays running for whoever needs it. The neighborhood has changed a lot lately with new buildings going up, but our plot stays pretty much the same. We have a small work area and a place to sit if someone drops by. Most days we are just busy with the computers and the service calls. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full blast. We don't really do much advertising because most people just hear about us through word of mouth around the market. It feels like a real community business. We eat lunch together and talk about whatever is happening in the news. It’s just a normal job in a normal part of town. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. That’s about all there is to it. We just show up and do the work daily.
