Site Engineer

I’m located in Gooty, right near the Saibaba temple at house number 323. It’s a well-known spot in the area. Being a Site Engineer in Anantapur district means dealing with a lot of heat and dry weather. Most of my work happens outside, away from the office. I spend my days driving out to different sites, checking on the progress and making sure things are moving along as they should. The office is really just where I keep my records and take some time to breathe. It’s a simple place, no big signs or anything. People just know me as R.D. Murali’s place. I’ve got my measuring tools and some old blueprints scattered around. The wind here can blow a lot of sand around, so I’m always cleaning off my drawings. I started doing this work years ago and I still enjoy the feeling of seeing a project come together from the ground up. Gooty is a small place, so news travels fast if you do a good or bad job. I just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes I’m out until late at night if a pour is happening or if there’s a problem that can't wait until tomorrow. My family is used to the odd hours by now. It’s not a flashy business, just me doing my part in the local building scene. I like the peace near the temple. It helps when the workday gets a bit too stressful.
