It’s a handy location because people can just walk in from the street. The office is managed by a small group of us, and we keep things pretty low-key. We aren't interested in being the most famous company around. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. Most of our projects involve promoting local land and helping with residential setups. It takes a lot of time to get everything lined up right, especially with all the paperwork involved. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a long time and we’ve seen how much it’s grown. We like being part of that.
