We spend a lot of our time dealing with college forms and talking to students who aren't quite sure what to do next. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. The street outside can get pretty loud with the temple bells and the traffic passing by, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We have a couple of computers and a printer that occasionally jams when we are in a hurry. People just drop by when they need something explained about their education. There is a small tea shop just a few doors down where we often go to grab a quick drink during breaks. It’s a very local vibe here. We don't really have a big marketing budget or anything, so we just rely on word of mouth from people in the neighborhood. We are just a small team trying to keep things moving and helping out where we can with college-related questions. It's practical work and it keeps us busy most days. We don't have a receptionist, so you'll usually just find Samir or one of the others at their desk.
