Being located right beside the Government Junior College on Rto Office Road means there is always something going on outside our gates. You see the students walking by in the mornings and the constant flow of vehicles heading toward the RTO office. It makes the day feel fast. Inside here, things are a bit more steady. We deal with fertilizers and chemicals, which is heavy work and takes a lot of attention. Our team has been together for quite some time, so we all know who does what without having to say much. It isn’t the kind of place where people wear suits. We’re usually in our work clothes, dealing with bags and shipments. The Baroda weather keeps us on our toes, but the fans in the office help a bit. Sometimes the traffic on Rto Office Road gets backed up, and we just watch the world go by from the entrance while waiting for a truck to arrive. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls or big slogans. The focus is just on the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. Working near a college gives the area a bit of energy, even if we are mostly focused on the industrial side of things. We've been part of this neighborhood's fabric for a long time now. Just people doing their jobs every day.
