Bombay Pesticides Corporation

Bombay Pesticides Corporation is situated at Dr.No: 5/174, working out of the Nanjundeswara Agencies space. We are right beside the Karnataka Bank in Madakasira, which is in the Anantapur district. It’s a very easy place to find because everyone knows where the bank is. Being in this part of the country, we deal with a lot of folks from the surrounding farms. The office is usually quite busy in the mornings when the farmers come into town. We keep things pretty simple here. There are a few desks and a lot of registers to keep track of. The smell of the products is something you get used to after a while, though visitors sometimes notice it right away. We spend our days talking to people about their crops and what they need for the season. It’s a lot of listening and trying to help out where we can. The bank next door always has a queue, so we see a lot of people passing by our windows. We have a small cooler for water that everyone uses. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit on the bench outside until it comes back on. It’s a hot area, so we try to stay in the shade as much as possible. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and know most people.
