Canycrush The Play School

Canycrush The Play School is located in a quiet corner of Anantapur. We focus on the little ones, so our days are mostly filled with toys, spilled juice, and lots of noise. It’s a small place, not a big institution. We started this because there was a need for a spot where parents could leave their toddlers for a few hours. The rooms are full of colorful drawings and plastic chairs that are way too small for adults. We spend a lot of time tieing shoelaces and helping kids share their toys. It’s not always easy, especially when someone starts crying for their mom, but we manage. The staff here are patient, mainly because you have to be when you’re dealing with three-year-olds all day. We don't have a big corporate office. It’s just us in a house-like building in the 515001 zip code. Some days are more organized than others. We play music, let them nap, and try to teach them the basics like their names and colors. You won't find any high-tech gadgets here, just simple stuff that kids enjoy. It gets messy quickly, so we are always cleaning up blocks or putting away books. We like it this way, even when it’s loud. It feels like a second home. Our backyard has a small slide and a swing that's seen better days, but the kids don't seem to mind. We spend a lot of our own time fixing things or bringing in new toys we find at local markets. It isn't high-end, just a place with heart.
