BUILA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Dharmavaram, specifically in Gandi Nagar at address 12-358. We are in the Sri Satya Sai district now, which still feels a bit new to say. This part of Anantapur is known for being dry and sunny, which is great for building but tough on the workers. We have a small office where we handle all the logistics for our construction jobs. It is not a fancy place, just some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of files stacked up in the corner. We are local people and we hire local workers whenever we can. There is a lot of talk about big developments, but we just focus on the projects right in front of us. Our team has been through a lot of busy seasons and we have learned that the best way to get through a job is just to keep your head down and work. We have tea twice a day and try to stay out of the midday sun when we can help it. There is nothing special about how we operate, we just follow the plans and make sure the materials are good. You can find us in Gandi Nagar most days if we are not out at a site checking on the walls. It is a simple life and we are happy to be building things in our own hometown.
