Ays Infra Private Limited is located at No 12-1-726 in Ashok Nagar. Anantapur is our home, and it’s where we do most of our work. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just a few desks and some filing cabinets. We focus on infra projects around the district. Some days are long, especially when we have to travel out to the further sites. We don't have a big team of executives. It's just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the roads and the local suppliers pretty well by now. That helps when things get stuck. The phone rings a lot with guys asking about materials or schedules. We don't bother with fancy presentations. If someone wants to know what we do, we just show them the current site we are working on. It’s more honest that way. Ashok Nagar is a central spot for us to keep everything organized. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the paperwork, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep the work steady and make sure everyone gets paid on time. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’re used to it. The heat in Anantapur can be tough, but we just start early and try to get the heavy lifting done before noon.
