You can find us over at Office No. 202 in the Silver Ock Complex. We are right on Anand Vidhyanagar Road, which most people know because of the Mazta Bakery nearby. That bakery actually makes the whole street smell like fresh bread in the mornings, which is nice when we’re opening up the office. It’s not a huge place, just a simple room with some chairs for when people stop by to chat about property. We’ve got a lot of folders and maps of the area spread out on the main table. The stairs in the complex can be a bit steep, but once you’re up here, it’s a quiet spot to get work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at the new listings coming in around this part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when three people walk in at once, but we manage. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know most of the other shop owners around here. It’s a good community. We don’t do anything flashy, just sit down and go through the details with whoever comes in. Mostly, it’s local families or guys looking for office space nearby. We try to keep things simple and just tell it like it is. If a place has issues, we mention it because honesty matters to us. It’s just how we work here in Vidhyanagar. The office might be small but it's where we get things done every day.
