Knight Frank I Pvt Ltd is based in Anand, specifically at B 12 Avakar Apt. We are right across from Vaibhav Society and near the Irma Gate. Most locals know where the Ganesh Dairy is, and we are just behind that. Being in this part of Gujarat is good for us. The office is not very big, but it has everything we need to get our work done. We spend a lot of time talking to people and sorting through various documents. It is a quiet enough spot, though the dairy gets quite a bit of traffic throughout the day. We are not a corporate office with lots of glass and steel. It is just a comfortable place in an apartment building where we handle our business. We have been here for a bit and know the area well. Dealing with real estate and property matters keeps us pretty occupied from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the maps and papers lying around, but we know where everything is. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. It is a practical way to run things. If you are looking for us, just find the dairy and walk around to the back. We are usually there drinking chai and working on some files until the day is done and we go home to our families.
