B. H. Coatings

You can find B. H. Coatings over at Plot No. K-1-8/1-44 in the Gidc Estate. It’s a busy place with lots of other shops around. We do a lot of coating work here. It’s messy work sometimes because of the paint and the chemicals, but that is the nature of the job. My clothes usually have some spots on them by the end of the day. We have the equipment set up in the unit and we spend the day working through the orders. Some days are busier than others. When the Gidc Estate is busy, there are always trucks coming by. We don't have a big front office or anything. It's mostly just the work floor where the actual coating happens. We handle different types of metal parts that need protection or a specific finish. It takes a bit of time to get everything right, but we don't rush it too much. We aren't some massive corporation, just a local unit doing industrial coating. Most of the guys here have been doing this for a long time. We know the machines and we know how the weather affects the drying times. It’s practical work. We just show up, do the jobs that are lined up, and close the doors at night. If you're walking through the estate, you’ll see our plot number. We’re just another part of the industrial landscape here. We keep our heads down and stay focused on the work.
