We've been operating out of Anand Apartments in Thakur Complex for a while now. It’s right near the Western Express Highway, so finding us isn’t too hard if you know the area around Kandivali East. The office is in room A-602. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who drop by. It’s a busy spot near Kankia. We deal with houses and property stuff here. Sometimes the traffic outside gets pretty loud, but that's just how it is living near the highway. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular room with desks and files. People come in looking for a place to stay or trying to sell what they have. We talk, look at some maps, and try to figure out what works for them. Usually, we're here most of the day, unless we are out showing a property to someone. It’s mostly just practical work. We know the streets around here pretty well since we spend all our time in the complex or nearby. It feels like a small community even though Kandivali is huge. If you are walking around Thakur Complex, you probably passed by us without even noticing. We keep things simple. There isn't much more to it than just doing the job day by day and helping folks out with their real estate needs when they ask. It’s straightforward work in a familiar neighborhood.
