TDFM BUILDCON LIMITED

TDFM BUILDCON LIMITED is basically just us working out of Malay Bunglow on Motwani road. If you have been around Anand CHS, you probably know the spot. Our office is specifically unit 607/201, and honestly, it is just a place where we keep all our site maps and talk to people about building stuff. It isn’t a fancy glass building or anything like that. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over what needs to happen at the different construction sites we are managing. Sometimes the road outside gets really loud with traffic, especially in the afternoons when everyone is heading home from work. The office has desks piled with papers and some samples of materials we use for our projects. We have been around this part of town for a bit now, so we know the local suppliers and the guys who do the heavy lifting pretty well. It is a practical setup for the type of work we do. We do not have a big reception area or people in suits waiting to greet you at the door. Usually, you will just find one of us on the phone or looking at a computer screen trying to figure out a schedule. We deal with the usual stuff like permits, labor timings, and making sure the material trucks show up on time. It is a lot of back-and-forth work. We just try to get the jobs done.
