We have been operating out of House No. 4/1 in Jagrati Vihar for a good while now. Our place is right across from Anand Hospital on Garh Road, so it is a spot most people in the neighborhood know pretty well. Most of our days are spent dealing with the actual work of building and construction. It is not a fancy setup here, just a practical office where we handle the paperwork and meet with the guys who do the heavy lifting. Sometimes the phone rings all morning and other times it is quiet enough to actually get through the site plans. We do not have a big team of office workers or anything like that. It is just us doing the day-to-day work of making sure projects move along. Construction is a tough business and things do not always go according to the schedule, especially when the weather turns bad or materials are late. We have seen a lot of changes around Garh Road over the years. Being local means we know where to find what we need without too much trouble. We just focus on the job at hand and try to keep things simple. If you are passing by the hospital, you have probably seen our sign. We do not do much in the way of advertising. Most people just find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor.
