We are located in Ajay Appartment, right behind the Ganesh Dairy in Anand. Most locals know the Irma Gate area, so it’s pretty simple to get here. Our office is unit number one on the ground level. It’s a convenient spot because we can grab milk or snacks right next door. We’ve been operating out of this apartment for a few years now. The space is filled with site reports, blueprints, and samples of building materials. It’s definitely a working office, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time visiting sites around the Anand-Vidyanagar road. Being close to Irma Gate means we see a lot of students and traffic passing by all day. We’re just a small group of people trying to do good work on local buildings. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just carry on. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for what we do. People in the building know us well. We often share a cup of tea with the other tenants in the afternoon. Our focus is mainly on small to medium construction jobs in the district. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so we rely on the quality of our builds to bring in the next project. It’s a straightforward way of doing business in a town like Anand.
