SHIVTULA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We run SHIVTULA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED out of an apartment in Shivajinagar. It is Flat 302 in the Amit Anand building on Modern College Road. It is not your typical office space, but it works for what we do every day. We spend most of our time out at the construction sites anyway. This place is just where we keep the records and meet for planning sessions. Being near the college means there is always a lot of students and activity around the street. It keeps us feeling young, I guess. We started this company because we wanted to work for ourselves. It was a big risk at the time. There are three of us who handle the main decisions. We do not have a receptionist or a lobby. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to open the door. Shivajinagar is a good central spot for us to reach different parts of the city quickly. We do mostly local construction work. Small buildings, renovations, and that kind of thing. We do not use those fancy buzzwords. We just talk about bricks, cement, and timelines. Sometimes things go wrong, like the heavy rain delaying a concrete pour, but we handle it. We are just trying to make a living and build things that stay standing for a long time. It is a simple setup we have here. We like it that way because it keeps the costs down for everyone involved.
