S M Square Constro Llp

S M Square Constro Llp is based out of Pune, specifically in the Vimannagar area. We have our office in a flat, No 104 in the Anand Pearl building over at Sakore Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling spot, which actually suits us pretty well since we do a lot of construction work. We’re located at S.No 232/1 2, Plot No 117. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a kitchen and a bit of a homey feel, even with all the filing cabinets and rolls of drawings taking up space. Pune is a growing city, and there’s always something being built nearby, so we stay busy. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass building. We’re just a small team of people who know how to put buildings together. You’ll usually find us arguing about a measurement or checking on a site schedule. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. If a pipe leaks or a wall isn't straight, we just fix it. The neighborhood is nice, and it's easy to get to work from here. We take our breaks on the small balcony and watch the traffic go by. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s what we know. We just try to do a solid job on every project that comes our way.
