Rotomotive Powerdrives India Ltd

Our facility is located out on the Gana-Borsad Road, near the Meghva Gana Sim area in Napa, Talpad. It’s a big site, covering several plots like 223, 224, and 244. We are a bit out of the main town, so it’s quieter here than in the city center. Rotomotive Powerdrives is where we put together motors and drive systems. The workshop is large because we need the space for the big machines and the assembly lines. It’s a lot of metal and grease and the sound of tools. We have quite a few people working here, mostly from the local villages nearby. The mornings start early with the shift changes. We spend our time making sure the production runs okay. It’s not an office job; it’s hands-on work. The road outside gets a lot of trucks moving goods back and forth. We have a small canteen area where everyone eats lunch together. Sometimes cows wander near the gate, which is just part of being out in Napa. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of inventory. We don't have a big corporate lobby. If you come to visit, you usually end up right on the floor where the work is happening. It’s honest work. We have been here for years and the buildings have expanded as we needed more room for the equipment. It’s dusty and loud, but that’s what a motor factory is like.
