Our office is located at 1983 Chicalim, up on the 7th floor here in Goa. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes, but the view from the top is alright. Being management consultants, we spend a lot of time tucked away in this space working through different client files. Chicalim is a good spot because it’s not as chaotic as some other parts of the state, so we can actually focus on what we are doing. The office itself is pretty basic with just enough desks for the team and a small area for making coffee. We aren't the type of company that puts out a lot of advertisements or tries to sound bigger than we are. Resurge Management Consultant Pvt Ltd is really just a group of people who know their way around business problems and want to help others figure things out. Most of our day is spent answering emails or going over contracts to make sure everything is in order. It’s steady work and we enjoy the rhythm of it. We often stay late when there’s a big deadline, but usually, we try to wrap things up so we can get home. The atmosphere here is relaxed but we still make sure the work gets done correctly. It is a simple setup but it works well for the way we like to operate.
