Janvikas

Janvikas is located in Anand, right there in Rasik Colony. If you know the area, we are just behind Parikh Bhuvan. It’s a quiet enough part of Gujarat to get some serious work done without too many distractions. We’ve been at this address for a long time and the building feels like home to most of us. Most days involve us sitting around the main table discussing whatever project is currently on the desk. We don't really have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical office with plenty of files and a few computers that have seen better days. The people who work here are mostly locals from around Anand-388001. We try to keep things simple and honest. When someone walks in, they usually just find us busy with paperwork or on the phone. We don't use much of that corporate talk because it doesn't really fit who we are. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to help out where we can. Usually, lunch is a communal thing where everyone shares what they brought from home. It’s a nice way to break up the day before getting back to the grind. We’ve seen the colony change quite a bit over the years but Janvikas stays pretty much the same, just doing our bit and keeping the office running for everyone involved.
