Hansa International

Our place, Hansa International, is located right in Rana Chakla, not far from the Pith Post Office. We are on the Power House Road here in Khambhat. It’s an interesting part of town because you have the old post office nearby and the power house just down the way. It’s usually quite active with people walking by and scooters zooming around. We handle international trade stuff from this small office. It might seem like a quiet spot, but there is always a lot of emailing and calling going on inside. We have a few desks squeezed into the room and plenty of files stacked up. Sometimes the power goes out, which is funny since we are on Power House Road, but we just wait it out or use the lanterns. We’ve been here for a while and the people in the neighborhood are like friends. We get our mail from the post office just around the corner, which makes things easy. The building itself is older, with high ceilings and some cracks in the walls, but it serves us well. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily work of moving goods across borders. It’s a lot of logistical head-scratching sometimes when things get stuck in port. We just take it as it comes and try to stay organized in our own way.
