Hiren Stationers And Gift Shop

Our shop is at 10-11 James Plaza, which is right near D.N. High School. Because we’re so close to the school, our day usually starts pretty early when students come in for pens, notebooks, or last-minute project supplies. We have two units, 10 and 11, so there’s a bit more room than some of the other shops in the plaza, but we still manage to fill every inch with stock. Besides the stationery, we have a section for gifts, mostly stuff like small toys, photo frames, and things kids like to give each other for birthdays. It’s a busy place during the school term, and it can get pretty loud when a whole group of students comes in at once. We spend a lot of time restocking the shelves and making sure we have enough of the common stuff like blue ink pens and graph paper. James Plaza is a central spot, so we see a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. We aren't trying to be a big department store; we just want to have what the neighborhood needs. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance, and we have to haul boxes in through the crowd. It’s just how it goes when you’re near a school. We’ve been here a good while and it’s become a bit of a routine for us. It is quite simple and keeps us occupied.
