Property Icon & Enjoy Farm Private Limited

Our shop is number 27 in the Dhawal Co Op Center Point. We are in building A2, right across from the Sagar Complex on Anand Mahal Road. This area is extremely busy, and there’s always something going on. We are Property Icon & Enjoy Farm Private Limited. It’s a bit of an unusual name, but we handle both property deals and things related to farm land. The office is a small shop space that we have filled with desks and a lot of paperwork. Anand Mahal Road is a major spot, so it’s very easy to find us, but parking can be a total nightmare during the peak hours. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who want to buy land or find a new home. It’s a lot of listening and looking at maps. The building we are in is a bit older, so the walls could use some new paint and the stairs are a bit worn down. We don't mind because it’s a good location for business. We aren't a big, polished company. We just run our shop and talk to the people who walk in. There’s a lot of energy on this road, with all the other shops and the people constantly passing by. We usually grab some tea from the guy downstairs a couple of times a day. It’s just our regular routine here at the shop while we handle things.
