Paya Construction Private Limited is based out in the Deolai Parisar area, specifically in Anand Nagar. We’re located at Plot No 188, Gut No 106. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center, but we like the space and the feel of the neighborhood. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure that the building projects we take on are moving along like they should. Most of our work involves local construction around the Deolai area. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and making sure our laborers have what they need to stay busy. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and chairs and a lot of paper. We don’t go for anything too polished because that’s not who we are. We’re more comfortable on a construction site than behind a desk anyway. Every day brings something different, whether it’s a delay in materials or a change in the weather that slows things down. We just take it as it comes. People in Anand Nagar know us as the local construction folks who are easy to talk to. We don’t make big claims, we just do the work and try to stay on schedule. It’s a honest living and we’ve been doing it this way for quite some time now. We aren't fancy, just hardworking people building things in our own community.
