Pavan Pressure Cast

Pavan Pressure Cast is located at Shed No. C1/4 in the V U Nagar GIDC. It is a place where we work with molten metal and molds. Casting isn't a clean job. There is soot and heat and a lot of heavy lifting. We spend our days pouring and cooling and checking for cracks. The shed has a high ceiling to let the heat out, but it still gets pretty warm in there. We have been in V U Nagar for a while now. Most of our neighbors are also in manufacturing, so we all know the routine. We do not have a fancy showroom. The parts we make are usually destined for bigger machines where no one will ever see them. We do not mind that. We just focus on making sure the metal fills the mold properly. The staff here is like a small family. We have seen each other through all sorts of weather and market changes. We do not have a fancy page written by a professional. This is just us telling you that we are here at C1/4, working hard every day. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to spend the night fixing it. That is just part of the deal. We keep a pot of tea going for whoever needs a break. It is a basic, hard-working foundry life. We don't worry about being polished; we just worry about the cast.
