Metal Heat Treaters Engineers

Our workshop is located in the GIDC area of V. U. Nagar, specifically at Phase-Iv. We deal with metal heat treatment, which is basically about getting parts to the right temperature so they behave like they should. It is hot work, as you would expect with furnaces running most of the day. We have been at this spot in Anand for some years now. The day starts early, getting the equipment warmed up and checking the schedules for what needs to go in the oven first. It is not a clean job; there is soot and the smell of hot metal everywhere. We handle different types of components, some small, some quite heavy. Most of our time is spent monitoring gauges and making sure the cooling process happens at the right speed. If the timing is off, the metal is not right, so we have to pay attention. The team here knows the machines well because they have been working them for a long time. We do not really do much fancy talk, we just take the orders, do the hardening or tempering, and get them ready for pickup. It gets noisy with the fans and the movement of parts, but that is just how a machine shop is. Sometimes the weather makes the shop even hotter, but we get through it. We are not a big corporate outfit, just a local engineering place making sure the metal parts for our customers are handled properly.
