We are located in Erandwane over at Anand Colony. It’s a nice enough part of Pune, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The office is number 4, right on Plot 50/1. If you're looking for us, we are tucked away in that area near Cts No. 111/1. We mainly handle spaces and services, which basically means we look after buildings and make sure everything is running okay. It’s a lot of day-to-day management stuff. Some people might find it boring, but it keeps us on our toes. There’s always a pipe leaking somewhere or a tenant who needs something fixed. We have a few people on the team who have been doing this for a long time. We aren’t a huge outfit, just a local company trying to manage things properly. Erandwane has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen the buildings go up one by one. Our office is a simple place where we keep all our records and meet with contractors. It gets a bit noisy during the day with the city sounds, but that’s Pune for you. We don't spend a lot on marketing or anything like that. Word of mouth usually gets us our work. We just show up, do what needs doing, and move on to the next task. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on for us. It is what it is.
