NARAYANMUNI DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

NARAYANMUNI DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of room 202 in the Maruti Skand building. We are right in the heart of Anand, just across from the Coffee Day and near the petrol pump. It is a pretty simple location to give directions to when people are looking for us. The office itself is just a regular room with some old filing cabinets and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We do all our development planning and the endless paperwork here. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but we are used to the sound of horns by now. There is usually a pot of tea going in the corner because we drink a lot of it. We spend a lot of time dealing with land documents and site plans spread out over the tables. It is not a big corporate setup at all, just a few of us working on local projects. Sometimes the stairs are much faster than waiting for the lift if you are just heading up to the second floor. We have been in Anand for a long time and like being close to the center of town. The office is often a bit messy with rolls of paper and various folders lying everywhere. We don't really have a receptionist or anything, so if the door is open, people just walk in. It is a practical place for us to meet with contractors or just get through the afternoon's work. We try to keep things simple and focus on the buildings.
