Our office is at number 8 in Shiv Park-2, which is near Green Villea in Anand. It’s a nice enough spot, a bit away from the main noise of the town. Lakhith Buildcon is a small company that handles local building projects. We aren’t some big developer with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure the sites are running right and the materials are being delivered. We started this because we liked seeing things get built from the ground up. Anand is a good place to work, it’s not as chaotic as the bigger cities, but there’s still plenty to do. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corner. We spend a lot of time out in the field because you can’t really manage a construction project from behind a computer screen. Sometimes we have to deal with rain delays or workers not showing up, which is just part of the job. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things and try to do it right the first time. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially when a project is near completion. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and the neighbors in Shiv Park are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. That's the reality of the work we do.
