La-Eatalia Foods & Sauces Private Limited

La-Eatalia Foods & Sauces Private Limited is located in a bungalow, specifically B-1 in the Anand Park Society. We are near Baliakaka Road, not too far from the Juna Dhor Bazaar. Working out of a bungalow gives the whole place a different feel than a standard office. It feels more like a home, which I think suits a food business. We spend a lot of time in the back where we handle the sauces and other food preparations. The smell of different ingredients is always in the air. We are a Private Limited company, but it’s a very local, down-to-earth operation. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us with our sleeves rolled up working on a batch or checking the inventory. Anand Park is a quiet society for the most part, except for when people are heading to the bazaar. We have been here for a while and we like the community. We don't really do any big marketing or have any polished speeches about what we do. We just make sauces and try to get them sold. It’s a lot of trial and error with recipes and making sure the jars are sealed right. We just take it one day at a time here at La-Eatalia. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in the food trade.
