Jakin Thakkar Associates is a firm of Chartered Accountants located in Anand, Gujarat. Our office is at 5 B, Chinar Gulnar, which sits on Vidyanagar Road. As accountants, people might expect us to be very stiff and formal, but we are actually quite approachable. The office has a lot of folders and tax books, as you would imagine. We don't have a sleek, modern glass office. It’s a bit more traditional, with wooden desks and the smell of old paper. We spend a lot of time looking at numbers and making sure the math adds up for the people who come to us. We aren't interested in using big financial terms to confuse anyone. We just explain things as they are. The atmosphere is generally quiet because everyone is concentrating on their calculators or screens. We get a lot of local people coming in from the Anand area, and we’ve gotten to know many of them over the years. It feels good to be part of the local business community here. We just do our work, stay organized, and try to keep things running smoothly without making a big deal out of it. It is just a regular office for regular work.
