We are located over at the G.I.D.C. Estate, specifically across plots 124 to 128. It’s a pretty big space, which is lucky because we have a lot of stuff going on most days. Being in an industrial estate means it isn't the quietest place to work, but we like it that way. There is always a truck backing in or someone unloading something nearby. The gates stay open most of the day, and you can usually see the staff moving between the different sections of the plot. It’s dusty work sometimes, especially during the dry months when the wind kicks up around the estate roads. We’ve got a small office section, but most of the action happens out on the floor. We don't have fancy signs or a big lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you show up, you just have to find someone walking around and ask for who you need. The guys have been working here for years, some of them since the place first opened up. We have a little break area where everyone sits for lunch, mostly just sharing food and complaining about the heat. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and we don't see any reason to change it into something more formal. We just keep the machines running and make sure everything gets shipped out on time, more or less. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't.
