Baroque Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is based out on Golana Road in Sokhada, which is part of the Khambhat area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, which actually works out well for us. It’s a lot quieter here, and we don't have to deal with the same level of dust and noise you get in the bigger industrial zones. Our building at 192/2 is kept very clean, as you would expect for this kind of work. We spend our days in lab coats, keeping track of various batches and making sure all the equipment is running as it should. There is a lot of paperwork involved, sitting at the small desks near the production line, checking off lists and logging numbers. Outside, the landscape is mostly open fields, and you can see the weather changing from a long way off. It’s a different pace of life in Sokhada. We have a local crew who comes in every morning, and many of us have been working together for years now. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or public relations. We just focus on the containers and the tablets and making sure everything is packed correctly before it goes out on the Golana Road for distribution. It’s a steady, quiet kind of job that requires a lot of focus every single day. We just keep to our schedule and get it done without fuss.
