Brickmix Developersprivate Limited is located over in Erandwane, specifically at Plot 50/1 in Anand Colony. We’ve got a small setup here near Cts No.111/1. Pune is a city that’s constantly changing, and we’re right in the middle of it. Our office is a humble space where we handle all the boring but necessary stuff like permits and planning. We don’t have fancy glass walls or a receptionist in a suit. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table trying to figure out the next steps for our building projects. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there’s a lot of coming and going. We know the Erandwane area quite well since we’ve been stationed here for a while. The neighborhood has a good mix of old and new, which we like. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be checking on supplies, and the next I’m sitting in the office dealing with the accounts. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We're just local developers who know how to get things built without too much fuss. It’s a straightforward business. We value the relationships we’ve built with the folks around here.
